Da-Mell was so accommodating and squeezed us into their busy schedule, as it was getting close to winter, their technician was so friendly and knowledgable and did a fantastic job at that time. The heater failed again this week (completely different issue - it’s old) and again they were absolutely amazing. Cannot rate this team highly enough and would recommend to everyone.
