We had such a hard time finding someone in the upper mountains to fix our ducted heating when it failed earlier this year. Da-Mell was so accommodating and squeezed us into their busy schedule, as it was getting close to winter, their technician was so friendly and knowledgable and did a fantastic job at that time. The heater failed again this week (completely different issue - it’s old) and again they were absolutely amazing. Cannot rate this team highly enough and would recommend to everyone. The time I have been a customer of Da-Mell for 40 years and they have just replaced the original air-conditioning which they installed when the house was built 40 years ago. My old air cond split system stopped working after 12 years. Da-Mell, based in Old Bathurst Rd in Emu Heights, had provided and installed the old system. I contacted Da-Mell to get a new system (better brand, capacity, etc). They told me how long to expect to wait, but visited earlier than estimated as I was an existing customer and it's summer, with some very hot days.
The new system works great and has no trouble keeping up with hot days (we had a 39degC day soon after the new unit was installed).

These guys did a great job. They were efficient and clean, even laying dropsheets on the carpet and vacuuming afterwards. The unit is on an internal wall so there was a bit of strategy involved to connect it all up. They did that expertly. The price was good too. I would definitely recommend them.
