Fast forward and the cost of gas has increased so much that our hand has been forced to replace it. We had a few quotes but felt Daniel from Da-Mell understood our needs and he recommended a Futijitsu reserve cycle inverter ducted system. For the past two days the crew from Da-Mell have been at our place to decommission the old unit and install the new one. A big shout out to Daniel (who also installed our original system), Bri, Jason, Jasper and Luc. They were on time, very conscientious about fitting in with our household (including one person who is immunesuppressed) no loud music, lots of information about what they were doing and left the house very clean and tidy. Da-Mell was so accommodating and squeezed us into their busy schedule, as it was getting close to winter, their technician was so friendly and knowledgable and did a fantastic job at that time.
