15 years ago we moved into a very cold house and had Da-Mell install our gas central heating system. Fast forward and the cost of gas has increased so much that our hand has been forced to replace it. We had a few quotes but felt Daniel from Da-Mell understood our needs and he recommended a Futijitsu reserve cycle inverter ducted system. For the past two days the crew from Da-Mell have been at our place to decommission the old unit and install the new one. A big shout out to Daniel (who also installed our original system), Bri, Jason, Jasper and Luc. They were on time, very conscientious about fitting in with our household (including one person who is immunesuppressed) no loud music, lots of information about what they were doing and left the house very clean and tidy. DAMELL have been our company of choice since we moved in to the area 35 years ago.

They modified our weatherwall A/C to meet family needs. Fantastic job John! They provided friendly, prompt and professional services over the years.

Today they are installing new A/C system as the old weatherwall finally expired, after 41 years of good service!

The usual friendly, prompt, cost effective and professional services provided.

We had such a hard time finding someone in the upper mountains to fix our ducted heating when it failed earlier this year. Da-Mell was so accommodating and squeezed us into their busy schedule, as it was getting close to winter, their technician was so friendly and knowledgable and did a fantastic job at that time. The heater failed again this week (completely different issue - it’s old) and again they were absolutely amazing. Cannot rate this team highly enough and would recommend to everyone. The time I have been a customer of Da-Mell for 40 years and they have just replaced the original air-conditioning which they installed when the house was built 40 years ago.
